What starts out as a mess....eventually gets all pulled together! I am starting to redecorate our home since all the kids have now moved on, and I am starting with our most used room in the house---the Breakfast room off the kitchen! I started with the fireplace wall and painted the tile inserts a beautiful distressed dark gray with a light gray dry brush technique. The fireplace brick is a light gray like in the inset panels. I bought these tile decals to possibly do a frame border on the dark gray wall over the fireplace? We shall see... There is a full wall with beautiful windows that look out over the golf course we live on....so, I finally broke down and bought these stunning Stikwood reclaimed wood panels for that wall.  Fingers crossed I can do this! Will definitely let ya know.... The entire style of this room for me is what I all "Hampton Farmhouse".... From my home to yours....xoxo deb
